Goals To give information about basic sources of Islamic law, methods, ijtihad and taklıd.
Course Content In this course, the nature, purpose, birth and formation of the fiqh method, the provisions and parts of the taxpayer and the act, the theory of judgment, the methods of decision-making, the purposes of judgments, case-law, the ways of proofs, the order of proof, nesih and place methods, the purposes of the provisions, case-law issues will be discussed.
Learning Outcomes - Gains knowledge of the basic sources of Islamic law.
- Knows the ways of extracting provisions from sources.
- Has knowledge about the purposes of Sharia provisions.
- Knows the ways of expressing the sources in Islamic law.
