Goals Teaching numerical systems, various number sets and teaching basic concepts related to these subjects; identifying the misconceptions related to these subjects and proposing solutions for these difficulties.
Course Content Setting number system, natural numbers, operations in natural numbers, numbers with different bases, integers, multipliers and folds, divisibility rules, LCM and GCD concepts and their applications; Ratio, proportion concepts and their applications; Real numbers, exponents and radicals, fractions, decimals, percentages; Rational and irrational numbers; Teaching basic concepts about sets (organizing course content - using appropriate teaching materials and strategies, etc.); Student knowledge about these subjects (understanding, interpretation, student difficulties, mistakes, misconceptions and causes of students thinking about concepts); Relating the topics with daily life and other lessons.

1 Students will learn the basic features of various number clusters and their relations with each other.
2 Students will perform the applications of LCM and GCD; rate and proportion subjects.
3 Students will learn how to teach basic topics about sets.
4 Students will identify the misconceptions that may arise in the students related to the topic of numbers and make suggestions for solutions.
5 Students will establish the relationship between everyday life and other subjects with the basic concepts of numbers subject.
