Goals The aim of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the fundamental concepts, principles, and application areas of business science. This course offers a foundational framework for students in the field of business and management. The General Business course aims to provide students with a general perspective on the business world, preparing them for more advanced courses and potential career paths.
Course Content This course covers fundamental concepts in the field of business and management, departments operating within a business and their functions, as well as generic topics affecting business management, such as leadership, organizational behavior, employee motivation, change management, and crisis management.
