- At the end of the course, the student learns the basic concepts and strategies of production. can evaluate, explain and apply, - To learn about the place and importance of production / operations management in the product and service sectors and their relation to other functions. - To develop a basic understanding of production management in products and services producing enterprises - The student learns the performance relationship between quality and process, project capacity, project layout, planning and management of the project and can use it in practice. - Understanding the function of production in business, production system, production factors systems - To acquire the ability to establish relations between activities by looking at the systemic approach to production activities in the enterprises that produce products and services. |
