Goals To provide the theoretical basis for understanding the causes, types and solutions of crisis and stress, and the place and importance of stress in human life, stress sources in work life and ways to deal with stress.
Course Content Stress concept, symptoms of stress. Stress Factors, organizational stress factors, stress consequences. The concept of stress and its relationship with management. Organizational stress management, managing stress after crisis management. What is the crisis? Crisis management. Human resources management in times of crisis. Learning to live with the crisis. Public relations and communication in times of crisis, the relationship between crisis and stress. Stress management in a crisis environment.
