Goals Recognizing macro fungi that grow in nature • Getting to know and learn about edible mushrooms that grow in nature • Cultivating mushrooms that grow in nature on planted and fallen trees or on logs
Course Content 1- Students who will take this course will recognize macro fungi that grow in nature. 2- Knows edible mushrooms 3- Knows the raw materials to be used in growing edible mushrooms 4- Knows the cultivation techniques of mushrooms to be cultured. 5-Knows the climate requirements of the mushrooms to be cultivated in nature 6- Knows the devices and equipment required for growing natural mushrooms. 7. Recognizes mushrooms of medical importance and knows their benefits.
