Goals To learn about the historical structure and development of Turkish public administration, as well as its current structure and functioning.2. To become researchers and academics who can produce solutions to administrative, political, environmental, urban, and social problems in light of contemporary developments and innovations. 3. 1 1. Knows the historical processes and factors that have influenced the current structure and functioning of Turkish public administration. 2. Knows the historical development of the relationship between public administration, power, and the people. 3. Distinguishes between centralized and decentralized administration. 4. Recognizes and understands the importance of centralized and decentralized administrative institutions and their functioning. 5. Knows and interprets the methods and tools of public administration auditing. 6. Understands the restructuring efforts in Turkish public administration and the transformation experienced by Turkish public administration.
