Goals Develop scientific thinking and to gain information which will form the basis of the courses in the biology department
Course Content Science and the scientific method, the origin of life and the beginning of life, chemical and cellular basis of life, zoology, history, zoology and the definition of science in zoology. - Cytology: Cell chemistry (inorganic and organic molecules); - the cell's general characteristics, - the cells structure: cell membrane, protoplasm, organelles (endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes, mitochondria, Golgi, lysosomes, centrosome, vacuole), the nucleus; - Nuclei structure , chromosomes, cell division, mitosis and meiosis; protein synthesis; living systems organization: - Histology: Epithelial tissue, connective and supporting tissue (fat, cartilage, bone, blood), muscle tissue, nerve tissue; Reproduction: asexual, sexual, private of proliferation; Systems-classification of Animals: One-celled, multi-celled organisms: sponges, Solenterat the flat worms, mollusks, ringed worms, arthropods, Echinoderm, Chordata
