| Goals | Develop scientific thinking and to gain information which will form the basis of the courses in the biology department |
| Course Content | Science and the scientific method, the origin of life and the beginning of life, chemical and cellular basis of life, zoology, history, zoology and the definition of science in zoology. - Cytology: Cell chemistry (inorganic and organic molecules); - the cell's general characteristics, - the cells structure: cell membrane, protoplasm, organelles (endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes, mitochondria, Golgi, lysosomes, centrosome, vacuole), the nucleus; - Nuclei structure , chromosomes, cell division, mitosis and meiosis; protein synthesis; living systems organization: - Histology: Epithelial tissue, connective and supporting tissue (fat, cartilage, bone, blood), muscle tissue, nerve tissue; Reproduction: asexual, sexual, private of proliferation; Systems-classification of Animals: One-celled, multi-celled organisms: sponges, Solenterat the flat worms, mollusks, ringed worms, arthropods, Echinoderm, Chordata |
