| Goals | The aim of this course is to acquire knowledge and concepts about microbial enzyme technology. |
| Course Content | This course covers the general properties of enzymes, enzyme kinetics, microbial enzyme production and purification methods, applications of microbial enzymes, and information flow regarding biotechnological enzyme processes. |
