Goals Basic principles and concepts of learning; Factors affecting learning in early childhood (feedback, motivation, reinforcers); learning theories and approaches (Behavioral learning theories, Cognitive Theories, social learning theory and brain-based learning theories); Arrangements of environment and educational content that teachers can make for effective learning in early childhood.
Course Content It is to examine different learning approaches Waldorf, Bank Street, High Scope, Montessori, Head Start, Project, Rejio Emilia, Forest Schools), in early childhood education. These approaches are evaluated in terms of their philosophy, program structures, learning environments, teacher and parent participation, and evaluation processes. It is important to conduct research to investigate and effectively present these approaches.
