Course Content Introduction to molecular biology, Cell components and, their structures and functions, Structures of nucleic acids and protein, and their functions, Types of Genetic materials, The cell cycle and replication, Mutations and DNA repair mechanisms, The packaging of the genetic material (supercoiled structures and their mechanism, comparison of prokaryotes and eukaryotes comparison), Protein synthesis (Translation), ribosomes of prokaryotes and eukaryotes and the comparisons of their translation mechanisms, DNA sequencing methods
