Goals To teach the basic principles and concepts related to agricultural ecology
Course Content Definition of ecology and agricultural ecology, natural ecosystem elements (producers, consumers and separators), principles (energy flow, substance cycle), productivity, natural and agro-agricultural systems, agricultural production systems and their (primary) production energetic (light, temperature, gravity) and material (carbon dioxide, water, plant nutrients salinity acidity) environmental factors and the effects of these factors on plant production are examined.
