Goals In this course it is aimed to provide competencies in microbiological sampling, preparation for microbiological analyzes, and microscopic examination of the culture to obtain in accordance with the legislation and analysis methods.
Course Content Historical development of microbiology; place of microorganisms in living organisms, general characteristics and classifications (prokaryotes, fungi, algae, viruses, etc.), molar isolation and diagnosis, quantitative measurement of microbial development, mechanisms of genetic variability in molar, life style in molar, effect of molar environmental factors, sterilization techniques , exploitation of molars, the contribution of molar to matter circulation in nature, mo secretions, m.o. mechanism of metabolism, antibiotics and drugs m.o.lara.
