Goals This course examines educational organizations in terms of their systems, processes, and people, exploring how management theories can be applied to modern educational contexts. The goal is to equip students with a scientific understanding of school leadership, decision-making, organizational culture, change management, and ethical management practices.
Course Content Theoretical foundations of educational administration; classical, neo-classical and modern management approaches; structural, cultural and political aspects of school organizations; leadership theories; organizational behavior; decision making; change and transformation in education; ethical leadership; school development; examination of current research.
