Goals This course examines the theoretical, methodological, and practical transformations that have emerged in the field of educational administration over the past two decades. Students are expected to evaluate critical, hybrid, digital, and postmodern approaches that transcend classical management paradigms, analyze new school leadership models, and reflect on these approaches in their own doctoral research.
Course Content New approaches in educational administration; postmodern and critical management thought; hybrid and flexible leadership models; digital leadership; inclusive leadership; data-driven management; learning organization; social justice-oriented leadership; the impact of education policies on organizations; new research methods (design-based research, mixed methods, phenomenography); 21st century school administration perspectives.

2 Compare postmodern, critical, and hybrid management approaches.
3 Analyze current school leadership models (distributed, ethical, digital, inclusive, etc.).
4 Examine in depth the concepts of data-based decision-making and the learning organization.
5 Interpret the relationships between education policies and new management approaches.
6 Explain new methodological trends (mixed methods, design-based research, leadership analytics) used in educational administration research.
7 Develop an original doctoral research design by critically evaluating the literature.
