| Goals | This course examines the theoretical, methodological, and practical transformations that have emerged in the field of educational administration over the past two decades. Students are expected to evaluate critical, hybrid, digital, and postmodern approaches that transcend classical management paradigms, analyze new school leadership models, and reflect on these approaches in their own doctoral research. |
