Goals Develop abilities for understanding current forestry law and its applications
Course Content Forestry law, definition, scope of forestry law, its place in the legal systems, historical development, forestry regulations in the constitution and laws, Forest Law No 6831, Law No 2873 on National Parks, Law No 2924 on Supporting the Development of Forest Villages Law on mobilization of erosion control, cadastre of forests, regulations on areas not considered forest, land allocation and permits to be made from state forests, protection of forests, forest crimes, stamps and transportation instructions, handover, administrative fines, deeds of land, expertise in forestry cases follow-up, Silviculture, forest management, management-marketing, cadastre-ownership, machinery-supply, legal consultancy related regulations, Administrative and financial affairs.
