Goals This course is designed to teach the students: basic concepts and laws of chemistry, calculations related to chemical formulas and equation and the structure of matter and the resulting changes in the structure. This course also gains chemistry-based critical thinking and increases problem-solving skills.
Course Content Matter and its Properties, Measurement of Matter, Naming of Compounds, Atom and Atomic Structure, Periodic Table and its Properties, The Mole Concept, Chemical Reaction Equations and Calculations, Gases, Solids, Liquids, Solutions, Chemical Equilibrium and Kinetics, Acids and Bases
