Goals The aim of this course is to provide students with competence in the recognition of raw material preparation machines, separation machines, mixing machines, heat treatment machinery and equipment, size reduction machines and packaging and packaging systems machines.
Course Content Types and characteristics of materials used in construction of food machines, Transportation, Storage and raw material preparation equipments, Production and packaging machines, Heating, Cooling, Freezing and Ventilation machines.
