Goals They understand computer-aided manufacturing programs used in the machinery industry and their purposes. They can create computer-aided drawings and designs using these programs. They can generate the necessary CNC codes.
Course Content The program learns the current version of the CAM software package and uses it to create 2D drawings and 3D wireframe drawings. It applies surface coating methods to the 3D wireframe drawings. It generates the necessary toolpaths for CNC machines and produces the post-processing software required for CNC machines from these tools.
