Goals | The main objective of this course is to enable students to define and comprehend human behavior both as an individual and as a part of society and to internalize the reflections of these behaviors on business life. |
Course Content | Basic concepts related to behavioral sciences, relationship with other branches of science, systems explaining behavioral sciences, power and authority, acceptance theory, personality and theories, perception, social perception and attribution theory, social influence and research, motivation, motivation theories, leadership, political behavior, political skill, group concept and formation of groups, organizational culture and its formation. |
