Goals The aim of this course is to evaluate the traditional and contemporary leadership theories emerging in education from different perspectives and to evaluate the educational leadership both in the world and in Turkey within the scope of these theories.
Course Content This course presents topics related to leadership in educational administration, leadership theories and approaches, leadership competencies and standards, leadership in school administration, ethical values and leadership in educational administration, national and international reports, and educational leadership and the impact of educational leaders on society.
