Goals The aim of this course is to prepare CNC Lathe and CNC Milling machines for work, and to gain the competencies of writing programs and making production on these machines.
Course Content 1- Preparing the CNC Lathe for work 2- Writing a program for a CNC Lathe 3- Making production on a CNC Lathe 4- Being able to understand the basic concepts of milling, machining calculations and the mathematical and computer operations required for programming CNC Milling machines. 5- Uses the necessary codes correctly in programming CNC milling machines. And writes programs. 6- Uses the necessary tool compensations in programming CNC milling machines. It uses the necessary processing cycles for programming as needed. 7- Explains the common functions (such as drilling, reaming, tapping, pocket milling, subprograms, etc.) used in all brands of CNC milling machines.
