Goals The aim of this lecture is to get detailed knowledge about microbial symbiosis
Course Content Introduction, Viral Simbiotic associations , Bacterial associations of bacteria, protozoa, and animals Bacterial associations of plants , Fungal associations of Protozoa and animals ,Fungal associations of fungi, algae and plants, Parazitic and ve mutualistic protozoans, Photosyntetic associations of Protozoa and invertebrates , Simbiyosis ve coevulations, Applications, Presentation and discussion about scientific papers
Learning Outcomes - 1. To learn concepts and explanations on symbiosis are learned. 2. To defines the basic principles of Simbiotic associations. 3. To evaluate bacterial, viral, fungal and protozoal relationships. 4. To understand experimental logic, analysis and the problem solving of the relations on bacterial phylogeny.
