Goals To learn basic techniques used in the field of molecular biology.
Course Content Plasmids and their usefulness in molecular cloning, Bacteriophage λ and its vectors, Bacteriophage M13 vectors, High capacity vectors, Gel electrophoresis, Preparation and Analysis of Eukaryotic Genomic DNA, Extraction, Purification, and Analysis of mRNA from Eukaryotic Cells, Extraction, Purification, and Analysis of proteins from Eukaryotic Cells
Learning Outcomes - Learn the basic laboratory techniques used in molecular level
