Goals This lecture gives students information about the definition, distribution, structure and metabolism, biotechnological use of fungi and introduces them to the importance of fungi.

Learning Outcomes - At the end of this course, the student; 1. Can identify fungi 2. Distinguish fungi taxonomically. 3. learn the usage areas of fungi in biotechnology. 4. Evaluate fungal interactions and their results by learning.
