Goals The aim of this lecture is to get detailed knowledge about bacterial phylogeny
Course Content Introduction, General characteristics of Bacteria , Proteobacteria-I, Proteobacteria-II, Proteobacteria-III, Proteobacteria-IV, Gram-positive Bacteria , Cyanobacteria, Planctomyces, Green sulphure bacteria, Green nonsulphure bacteria, Verrrucomicrobium, Thermotoga, Aquifex, Deferribacter and Nitrospira
Learning Outcomes - 1. To learn concepts and explanations on bacterial phylogeny are learned. 2. To defines the basic principles of bacterial phylogeny. 3. To evaluate bacterial diversity and bacterial relationship. 4. To understand experimental logic, analysis and the problem solving of the relations on bacterial phylogeny.
