Goals | The improvement of children literature in the world and in Turkey. The species of children booksShowing The species of the maladept children books with examples and its negative effects on children, The determination of the candidate teachers about qualified children literature species. The effects of type of children literature on the development of children. |
Course Content | Development of children's literature in the world and Turkey. Stage of childhood, the importance of quality to meet children's books and who has reading culture, the upbringing of children literature works of susceptible individuals function. Features to be included in the child literature (design, content and educational). Children's books to show examples of unqualified and their discussion of negative effects on children's developmental characteristics. Teacher candidates, read-examines the suitability of books for children and their children according to age groups to determine the contribution which the development work. Appealing to children of various literary genres (epic, tales, poems, short stories, novels, etc.) and linguistic tools (tongue twister, riddles, etc.) on development of children. |
Learning Outcomes |
- Students will have the skills to carry out implementations for students who have difficluties in understandind and explaining. - Students will be able to define gaps and deviations in knowledge, and have the skills guide towards being a multi-faceted individual and support creative thinking. - Students will have a multicultural perspective, far removed from prejudice. - Students will have fundamental language skills in preparing children for secondary education. - Students will have information and skills in supporting theater and enactment skills for secondary school children. |
