Goals Understanding the role and importance of housekeeping in accommodation, which is the most important function of hotel businesses in the tourism sector, is the primary aim of the course, however, examination and implementation of organization, work distribution, human resources, management, planning, information flow and control issues in the housekeeping department.
Course Content Understanding the importance of accommodation companies, the role of the housekeeping department in the hotel business, the organizational structure of the housekeeping department, the distribution of the housekeeping department, human resources applications in the housekeeping department, learning every stage of the housekeeping department management, planning practices in the housekeeping department. Cleaning, ordering, maintenance applications in housekeeping.
