Goals To learn the metabolic processes and their molecules in living organisms during energy production
Course Content Water (structure and biological functions); Carbohydrates (structure and biological functions); Lipids (structure and biological functions); Amino acids, peptides and proteins (biological functions); Enzymes and enzyme kinetics, vitamins and coenzymes (structure and biological functions ), nucleic acids (biological functions).
