Goals To learn the basic concepts of microorganisms, their metabolism, and life cycle. To learn the relationship of microorganisms with each other, and with their environment together with their effect on human health.
Course Content Classification of microorganisms, photosynthetic prokaryotes, kemoototrofs and metilotrofs, the kemoheterotrofs, enteric bacteria, gram (+) sporulated bacteria, actinomycete group, non-sporulating anaerobic microorganisms, halophilic bacteria.
