Goals Instruments used in Materialography recognition, metallographic preparation, micro-and macro-structures and broken and burnt, structures, recognition, evaluation and report preparation.
Course Content Metallographic preparation and examination of melting-solidification, recrystallization, grain growth, sintering, aging. Hardness measurement methods; Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers.
Learning Outcomes - To be able to use all kinds of tools in metallography laboratories and to solve all metallographic problems in a factory.
