Goals Develop abilities for understanding current forestry law and its applications
Course Content Forestry law, definition, scope of forestry law, its place in the legal systems, historical development, forestry regulations in the constitution and laws, Forest Law No 6831, Law No 2873 on National Parks, Law No 2924 on Supporting the Development of Forest Villages Law on mobilization of erosion control, cadastre of forests, regulations on areas not considered forest, land allocation and permits to be made from state forests, protection of forests, forest crimes, stamps and transportation instructions, handover, administrative fines, deeds of land, expertise in forestry cases follow-up, Silviculture, forest management, management-marketing, cadastre-ownership, machinery-supply, legal consultancy related regulations, Administrative and financial affairs.
Learning Outcomes - 1. understand and express the sources of positive law and codification process
- 2. understand and describe of necessity law for social life
- 3. basic tenets of the republic and civil liberties
- 4. understand main government procedure and to describe fundamental units of government
- 5. understand and describe the law of civil procedure, administrative jurisdiction
- 6. describe forest as defined in the Forest Act, and differentiate forest lands from others
- 7. understand and apply the forest law for conserving natural resources
- 8. understand and apply the forest law for the areas that have been reallocated as non-forest areas.
- 9. Students will be able to apply various laws to prepare expert reports in forestry
