Goals The main objective of this course is to provide a general understanding of the biology, ecology, identity of conifer trees of Turkey and World and it applies to forestry practice.
Course Content Course contents are given in detail in the course of flow.
Learning Outcomes - Identify to Forest tree of Gymnospermae
- Compare to plant morphological characters of Gymnospermae’ Trees
- Realizing the group work competence with students and colleagues
- Put in use knowledge/skill acquired during the course in forestry practice effectively.
- Getting information on habitat requirements and ecological environments, distribution areas, external morphological features of plants
- Having information about the uses of plants
- Recognize the growing naturally angiospermae trees and planted of exotic plants in parks and gardens of Turkey
