Goals To have detailed informations about the quality control of some secondary metabolites from biological sources (alkaloids, terpenoides, fixed and essential oils) for medicines and drugs, their biological activities and preparations used in therapy
Course Content
Learning Outcomes - To have an information about the quality control of some secondary metabolites from biological sources for medicines and drugs
- To have an information about the important secondary metabolites called as alkaloids for their biological activities and preparations used in therapy
- To have an information about the important secondary metabolites called as essential fatty acids and other lipoids along with their usages
- To have an information about the important secondary metabolites called as terpenes and some important volatile oils from Turkey Know microscopic properties of herbal drugs.
