Goals To gain knowledge about the definition and areas of interest of the Pharmaceutical Microbiology laboratory.
Course Content
Learning Outcomes - Will be able to summarize the working principles of microbiological laboratory and distinguish basic microbiological devices.
- will be able to compare microorganism media and sterilization techniques.
- will be able to compare the techniques used for transferring microorganisms to culture media.
- Morphological examination techniques of microorganisms will be able to compare.
- will be able to discuss traditional classification methods based on microorganism metabolism.
- The relationship between microorganisms and antimicrobial substances will be able to discuss.
- will be able to compare the normal flora regions of the human body and the microorganisms in these regions.
