Goals To teach some principles and concepts in horticulture, fruit species and varieties, vegetable species and varieties, production value and the amount of garden plants in Turkey and the world, factors of affecting the cultivation
Course Content Garden plants and cultural processes applied in garden plant, cultivation and harvest in fruit, vineyards, vegetables and ornamental plants
