Goals To exploit these new techniques in our country to have knowledge. For use of these methods in practice to have sufficient equipment.
Course Content The concept of biotechnology and its historical development, plant biotechnology used in cell and tissue culture, regeneration methods, culture type, culture media, and their construction, protoplast fusion, haploid and dihaplizasyo the clonal variation, biotechnology in animal husbandry, basic concepts such as genetic engineering and agricultural applications.
