Goals The purpose of this course, historical and philosophical foundations of the Turkish education system, to grasp the legal basis, purpose, structure and functioning of the system, to know, management science, and theoretical and practical aspects of school management in the context of the organization

Learning Outcomes - Student shall explain the historical and philosophical foundations of the Turkish Education System.
- Student shall know Turkish education system, purpose, structure and process.
- Student shall Understand human behavior in organizations.
- Student shall define leadership and management roles in schools.
- Student shall participate resulted in the development of school development techniques and ways.
- Student shall receive predict and measure the causes of misbehavior.
- Student shall explain management theory, personnel management, student services, school management, and to know what should be done on the school-environment relationship.
- Student shall develop a positive attitude towards school management and directorship.
