Academic Guidence
For every student who has enrolled in, an academic consultant is assigned amongst the academic staff or instructors by the head of department concerned.
The Academic consultants are informed about any decisions taken about the students.
The Academic consultants carry out their consultancy tasks according to the basis and legislation provisions designated by the Rectorship.
The Consultant follows the academic standing and development of the students during their associate degree education. The consultant gives the students recommendations about compulsory and elective courses and guides them; provides students with all the courses needed to be taken in accordance with the respective regulations and approves them; directs them upon adaptations applied rising from the changes made in the curriculums by the departments; provides assistance for the problems faced by the students in the way to develop and study productively, and helps transmitting the problems to the proper authorities when needed.
