| Goals | The aim of this course is to teach advanced engineering approaches for the strategic-level analysis, modeling, and redesign of production systems. Students are expected to evaluate complex production systems using data-driven methods, improve system performance using optimization techniques, and develop sustainable production strategies. |
| Course Content | Topics to be covered include production systems, strategic management, redesign, lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, simulation and modeling techniques, capacity planning, and supply chain integration. |
