Goals The aim of this course is to teach the causes and effects of postural disorders and to develop students’ ability to analyze posture, evaluate postural deviations, and design and implement corrective exercise programs.
Course Content This course covers theoretical and practical knowledge related to the assessment and correction of posture. Topics include the concept of posture, types of posture, causes of postural disorders, muscle imbalances, biomechanical analysis, assessment methods, and corrective exercise approaches. Students are also expected to develop and implement exercise programs for different postural disorders. The course is practice-oriented and supported by laboratory and field applications.
