Goals The aim of this course is to examine the role of local governments in promoting, developing, and sustaining sports from a public administration perspective, and to enable students to understand the institutional structure and functioning of this field. Within this framework, the course aims to equip students with the ability to analyze the distribution of responsibilities between central and local authorities, and to evaluate the planning, delivery, and assessment of sports services from a multidimensional perspective.
