Goals The aim of this course is to enable students to understand entrepreneurship from both theoretical and practical perspectives and to explore and develop their entrepreneurial potential. Within this framework, the course aims to equip students with the ability to systematically develop business ideas, identify and evaluate opportunities, conduct risk analysis, and prepare business plans. In addition, the course focuses on fostering innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking skills. Contemporary research highlights that entrepreneurship plays a critical role in economic growth, job creation, and innovation. Accordingly, the course aims to develop students’ ability to analyze the entrepreneurial ecosystem (including funding sources, support mechanisms, and social networks) and to adopt a sustainable entrepreneurship perspective.
Course Content This course provides a comprehensive framework covering both theoretical foundations and practical processes of entrepreneurship. The course content includes: Concept, scope, and theoretical approaches to entrepreneurship Individual and environmental factors influencing entrepreneurship Business idea generation and business planning processes The relationship between creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship Types of entrepreneurship (individual, corporate, social, etc.) Strategic entrepreneurship and contemporary management approaches Financing sources for entrepreneurial ventures Social networks and collaboration development Business ethics and social responsibility Knowledge management and organizational learning Corporate entrepreneurship and organizational change Institutions and support mechanisms for entrepreneurship Barriers to entrepreneurship and solution strategies Practical business plan development The course integrates theoretical knowledge with practice, aiming to develop students’ abilities to analyze entrepreneurial processes, evaluate opportunities, and design feasible business models.
