| Goals | The aim of this course is to enable students to understand contemporary management approaches within the evolutionary development of management science and to analyze these approaches in organizational contexts. Within this framework, the course aims to equip students with the ability to evaluate modern management paradigms such as strategic management, innovation management, knowledge management, leadership, crisis management, and lean management from a holistic perspective. Furthermore, the course encourages students to critically examine management practices that enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the context of globalization and dynamic competitive environments. Contemporary research indicates that modern management approaches play a crucial role in improving organizational performance, innovation capacity, and sustainable competitive advantage. Accordingly, the course aims to develop students’ abilities to compare different management approaches and formulate appropriate management strategies. |
