| Goals | The aim of this course is to enable students to comprehend career planning processes through a scientific and systematic perspective by considering the rapidly evolving economic, social, cultural, ethical, and legal dynamics of the modern labor market. Within this framework, the course seeks to enhance students’ self-awareness, support them in defining realistic career goals, and equip them with the ability to develop strategic career plans aligned with lifelong learning principles. Furthermore, the course aims to foster essential employability skills such as job search strategies (e.g., CV preparation and interview techniques), effective communication, and self-management competencies required for successful school-to-work transition. This approach is consistent with contemporary career theories emphasizing individual agency, adaptability, and continuous career development. |
