Goals The aim of these lessons is to provide students about some economic concept and problems, demad, supply, production and consumption theory, perfect competition and imperfect competition markets, national income, employment, money theory and politics, unstability of economical life. frontiers.
Course Content The importance and Features of the Science of Economics; The Law of Scarcity and the Economics, Opportunity Cost, Main Concepts, The Features of Theories and Laws in Economics, Main issues of Economies, Main Economic issues and Economic Order Consumer Theory: The Measurability of Utility and the Identification of the Order of Preference, The Principle of Identical Marginal Utility and Consumer Equilibrium, Indifference Curve Analysis and Consumer Equilibrium The Theory of Production: Production Function and Productivity Analysis The Production at Minimum Cost, Cost Analysis. Price Theory: Demand, Supply Demand and Supply Elasticity Analyses Market Equilibrium in Perfect Competition, Factors affecting supply and Demand other than Price Midterms Equilibrium of Firm, Pure Competitive Market, The Forms and Factors Behind the Noncompetitive Markets: Monopoly, Monopsony. Bilateral Monopoly, Monopolistic Competition, Oligopoly, the Criticism of Price Theory. The Evolution of Macroeconomics and coverage: Basic consepts of Macroeconomics, Ways of Calculating Gross Domestic Product, The Scheme of Flow in Economic Activities.
