Goals The objective of this course is to understand the importance of child assessment and its dimensions (areas), to acquire basic knowledge about methods and techniques for assessing and evaluating children, to understand the principles and methods of assessment techniques (observation, interviews, projective tests, checklists, portfolios, etc.), and to be able to compare developmental norms across different cultures in the context of child assessment.
