Goals This course aims to teach the basic institutions, concepts and theories of constitutional law in a comparative perspective. At the end of this course, students will have learned the general theory of modern constitutional law and are expected to understand the requirements of a constitutional democracy.
Course Content The subject of the course consists of constitution concept, constitutional movements, constituent power, judicial control of constitutionality of laws, elements of state, state forms, theory of separation of powers, government systems, types of democracy, electoral systems and fundamental rights and freedoms.

1 Learn the basic concepts of constitutional law.
2 They will have information about state, democracy, government systems, constituent power and elections.
3 They will have a general knowledge about basic rights and freedoms and the rights of constitutional rights.
4 Understand the functions and superiority of the Constitution.
5 They will have basic knowledge about constitutional jurisdiction.

2 Having the knowledge of international relations, diplomatic history, law, international law, economics, public administration, management and accounting required in a qualified employee who is demanded by the public and private sectors and being able to utilize this knowledge.
3 Analyzing and evaluating hypothetical knowledge as well as offering solutions in the field of international relations
