| Goals | The aim of this course is to develop graduate students’ abilities to conduct scientific research, analyze academic literature, and present their findings within a selected topic in the field of economics. Within the scope of the course, students review the relevant literature, formulate research questions, and prepare a seminar study under the guidance of their advisors. The findings are reported according to academic writing standards and presented orally. |
| Course Content | Within this course, students conduct an extensive literature review on a selected topic in economics. The course covers the identification of a research problem, development of a theoretical framework, selection of appropriate data and methodology, academic writing rules, and research ethics. Students prepare a written seminar report and present their work in class for discussion. |
