Goals The objective of this course is to understand the “human” element, which plays a crucial role in organizations, and to analyze the impact of internal and external environmental factors, as well as the behaviors of managers and all employees, on organizational behavior.
Course Content The course content covers topics such as basic concepts of organizational behavior, organizational commitment, impression management, perceived organizational justice, organizational silence, organizational cynicism, job satisfaction, workplace bullying, burnout, cyberloafing, counterproductive work behavior, workplace romance, and organizational citizenship behavior.
